Angela D. Reddix, Founder, President and CEO of ARDX, is a visionary thinker with global perspective and entrepreneurial drive which inspires her planning and decision making. As a respected healthcare leader, Angela spent nearly two decades working on highly technical projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she was relied on as a valuable advisor.
Leveraging her skills and experience, Angela created ARDX as an independent healthcare consulting organization in 2006 and incorporated within a few months. By 2016, ARDX emerged as a thriving business with multi-million dollar contracts and a staff of 125. Angela’s vision created an organization that is committed to improving the lives of others by enhancing healthcare practices and exercising social responsibility.
Believing in giving back, Angela developed several ARDX programs helping the most vulnerable populations, including women, youth, and the elderly. In 2008, Angela spearheaded two community outreach programs which ARDX sponsors annually, the Healthcare Academy (HCA®), which combats obesity among the youth, and the Women’s Wellness Celebration (WWC®) providing women with information about health, wellness, and financial wellbeing. Most recently, Angela has created Envision Lead Grow, a community program that seeks to empower young girls and women to develop entrepreneurial skills.
