The Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance (HREDA) is a non-profit, public-private partnership created to globally market Virginia's Hampton Roads as the preferred location for business investment and expansion.
Hampton Roads Workforce Council is an organization advocating for a comprehensive approach to workforce development, endeavoring to solidify relationships between key stakeholders.
Affiliates
In February of 1999, the Hampton Roads Sports Commission (HRSC) was formed as a public/private partnership among seven cities of the Hampton Roads Region of Coastal Virginia: Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach, and the Hampton Roads Chamber.
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Thomas Nelson Community College, the Mason Enterprise Center at George Mason University and the U.S. Small Business Administration, provides business counseling and educational programs to businesses with 99 or fewer employees.
Programs
LEAD Hampton Roads has a network of over 1,500 graduates from the greater Hampton Roads region, representing the private, public and non-profit sectors. Our proactive leaders make substantive, positive changes throughout our region and beyond.
tHRive is driven to provide a platform to promote regional awareness and community development by empowering young professionals to have a voice and invest in the future of our region.
