Mission

LEAD757 inspires proven leaders from across the region by providing unique avenues of cooperation, innovative problem solving and the development of lasting professional and civic relationships.

Signature Program

We bring together proven leaders from across Hampton Roads. Our program focuses on key issues that impact Hampton Roads and its position in the state, the nation and the global economy. We promote servant leadership to create momentum for positive change across our region’s seventeen communities through extensive networking and collaboration.

LEAD757 builds and strengthens regional leadership through education, partnerships and networking for the purpose of improving the quality of life in greater Hampton Roads.

To date, LEAD757 has a network of more than 1600 graduates from the greater Hampton Roads region, representing private, public, and non-profit sectors.
