Chamber Strome Business Series – Entrepreneurial Leadership during Turbulence and Uncertainty

Our Chamber Strome Business Series on Entrepreneurial Leadership during Turbulence and Uncertainty was one for the books!

We had a dynamic group of entrepreneurs share their wisdom and insights with us discussing how they pivoted during the pandemic, who and what inspires them and how their business is growing as we enter 2023. Each of these individuals and their businesses showed resiliency during times of turbulence yet still found ways to grow and prosper. Not only did all of these entrepreneurs find a way to pivot, but they also found ways to support their employees and the community at large during these challenging times.

We want to thank these phenomenal entrepreneurs for their continued leadership and for giving their time to use and all of our attendees.

Pratik Kothari, CEO of TechArk Solutions
Carl Spraberry, Owner of Advanced Integrated Technologies (A.I.T)
Angela D. Reddix, President & CEO of ARDX & Founder and CEO of Envision, Lead, Grow
Kara King Creative Director of Ironclad Distillery

We also want to thank our amazing moderators from ODU, Jennifer Vaziralli and Kris Irwin for asking such thought-provoking questions and adding greatly to the overall discussion. We thank Old Dominion University Strome School of Business’ Dean Kahn and Professor Nair for their partnership in today’s event.

We extend our gratitude to Atlantic Union Bank for being the Presenting Sponsor for this impactful event.

Finally, we are thrilled to congratulate Carl Spraberry with A.I.T for being named the 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year! Carl has been a Hampton Roads leader for many years and is well-deserving of this honor. We congratulate and thank him for all he does for the region.
