Starting November 1, you can enroll in the Toll Relief Program funded by Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC), operators of the Elizabeth River Tunnels. Through the program, eligible residents of Hampton Roads can save hundreds of dollars per year on tolls at the Downtown and Midtown Tunnels. Previous participants must reenroll each year.
