2022 State of the Region Address

The State of the Region Address in conjunction with the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy at Old Dominion University was a sold out event full of information regarding how the pandemic continues to shape the economy of our region and the impact of inflation on prospects for future growth.

With a packed house at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, Dr. Robert McNab, Professor and Chair, Economics and Director, Dragas Center, Dr. Suzanne Wright, Associate Professor & Chair, School of Nursing and Dr. Tim Komarek, Associate Professor, Economics, all from Old Dominion University presented on the 6 chapters of the State of the Region Report which included:
