What are your business’s core values, goals, and overall mission?
To motivate men and women to live life on the promise of impact. I challenge individuals that when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade. Instead, TAKE AIM. Through Carenda Deonne LLC we accomplish this by implementing tangible principles of the M.I.N.D. (Mental Breakthrough, Individual Closure, Necessary Forgiveness and Dismissing Distractions).
Share some unique facts and business history? What makes your business stand out?
Launched June 2019
Mentored by Les Brown
What makes my business stand out is that we are taking a different approach on how to motivate and empower people individually or through corporate training by TAKING AIM in order to not just desire results but truly achieve them.
What products or services do you offer companies or individuals?
We offer motivational speaking, corporate training and life coaching.
What are the greatest obstacles and/or challenges that your business has faced? How have you and your business overcome them?
The business has just launched, so the major obstacle is getting the mission and vison out to those who it would greatly benefit. I am overcoming this by joining professional groups as the Chamber of Commerce.
What accomplishments are your most proud of?
I am most proud of going after my dreams so that I can help and encourage others in their journey.
What do you see for the future of your business?
For the future of my business I really see this moving into a movement. I see this growing into an institute, to educate and develop men and women. As well as conducting speeches and trainings nationwide.
Why are you a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber?
I am a member because I believe in the integrity and values of The Chamber. For me it goes beyond networking, but also business and individual development.
Would you recommend Chamber Membership to other companies and what advice would you give them?
Yes I would. I would tell them that the investment is necessary if you are a credible business looking to grow and expand with other credible businesses.
