The 50,000-SF Office Building Sold for $4.25 Million

Colliers International represented Matushita Real Estate Corporation of America in the sale of 661 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake to Hooked Group LLC for $4.25 million. The 50,000-square-foot, Class A office building is situated on 11.26 acres in the master planned Battlefield Commerce Park. The buyer plans to occupy a portion of the two-story building.

Patrick Mugler, executive vice president, and Ricky Anderson, senior vice president, with Colliers International’s Norfolk office represented the seller in the sales transaction.
