Portsmouth Public Schools Superintendent to Speak on Schools' Impact on the Hampton Roads Community
Business Community to Tour New Simonsdale Elementary School
HAMPTON ROADS, VA — The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Portsmouth Public Schools, will present the Portsmouth State of Education Reception/Tour on Wednesday, November 30 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at the new Simonsdale Elementary School (4841 Clifford Street, Portsmouth). Dr. David Stuckwisch, Superintendent of Portsmouth Public Schools, will provide the business community with insight on how the local public education systems work together to prepare tomorrow's leaders. Attendees will then be led on a tour of the brand new, state-of-the-art educational facilities at Simonsdale Elementary School.
