On November 16, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual CEO Welcome Breakfast to welcome and recognize those who have moved into leadership positions in the past year.  Forty-one new CEOs, business owners, district and regional managers, and military commanders were honored.  More than 150 people attended the event, which was held at The Founders Inn in Virginia Beach.  Jack Ankerson, Executive Director, Hampton Roads Sports Commission, served as emcee.  Barbara Smith, Partner-In-Charge at Cherry Bekaert & Holland, LLP, and Wade Powell, President, Dale Carnegie Training of Eastern Virginia, provided remarks.
