$15,626 SF Flex Building Sold for $2.275 Million

Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of 4901 Cleveland Street in Virginia Beach from Dare Associates, a Virginia general partnership, to McNeel Properties for $2.275 million.

Built in 1990, the one-story Class-A flex building comprises 15,626 square feet situated on a 1.354-acre site. The location is minutes from Town Center of Virginia Beach and access to I-264. The property will be redeveloped by the purchaser.

Ricky Anderson, executive vice president, and Patrick Mugler, executive vice president, with Colliers represented the seller. Kevin O’Keefe, senior vice president, and Natalie Hucke, senior vice president, with Colliers represented the buyer.
