Battlefield Medical Center, at 905 N. Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake, is ideally located across the street from Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, an independent health care system serving residents in southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina since 1976. The 12,253-square-foot, single-story building was built in 1999. It has typically been 100% occupied, and the new owners have purchased it as an investment property.
In addition to proximity to the hospital, the Battlefield Medical Center is located just minutes from the Route 168 Chesapeake Expressway and Interstate 64.
