Norfolk, VA, - July 20, 2018 - MacArthur Center is proud to announce, Percolator, a locally owned and operated collaboration and co-working space for area entrepreneurs and creatives will open Monday, August 27.
Occupying 3,200 square feet, located near T-Mobile, Percolator’s new MacArthur Center Campus is designed for startups, freelancers and any creative person or group looking for a space to work. The company’s mission is to facilitate relationships which will cultivate and grow a collaborative, creative community where people make things that matter.
“Percolator is excited to continue building the regional economy and connecting people and businesses to each other, including academia, government, military alliances and programming,” said Bobby Wright, president of Percolator. “This is our fourth campus in downtown Norfolk. The 20,000-square-foot Monticello Campus was recently opened and filling up quickly; it is directly across from MacArthur valet parking. And the 5,000-square-foot Ford Campus, focused on culinary and retail, will open in early August one block away. We’re incredibly excited to build on this momentum and be collaborating with MacArthur Center.”
Membership costs vary, ranging from $225 per month for a flex desk to $315 per month for a dedicated desk, which includes office space, high-speed internet, fitness center, use of seven collaboration rooms, snacks and drinks, a copier and discounts to area restaurants and businesses.
“We are thrilled to welcome Percolator to the Center,” said Karen Husselbee, marketing director of MacArthur Center. “We are always pleased to support local businesses and having Percolator in the center offers an office setting surrounded by entertainment, dining and shopping as well as ample parking.”
