WHO: Courtney Lynch is the Founder of Lead Star, a company dedicated to providing leadership development opportunities to those in leading corporations, non-profits, colleges and universities. She is the co-author of Leading from the Front, a best-selling leadership book, which is based on her experiences as a Marine and as a private sector professional. A successful entrepreneur, Courtney has been a featured guest on FOX, CNBC, CNN and her efforts to spark a national dialogue on the topic of leadership have been noted in publication ranging from Business Week to The New York Times. Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, she holds a law degree from William & Mary and enjoyed living in the Hampton Roads area while serving in the military.
