Mark Bowers PMP, ACC helps do-gooders do more good. Specifically, he helps leaders make a distinctive, sustainable and measurable social impact. Mark has over 30 years in leadership and management of government, business, and information technology efforts including twenty years as a Navy submarine officer. After leaving the corporate workforce, Mark established Lighthouse One to leverage his passions in strategic planning, coaching and performance improvement for the benefit of mission-focused organizations. He is a volunteer global leader for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Mark is a credentialed coach a past leader of several local and national associations. Mark is a trained facilitator and a volunteer caseworker for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. His current “labor of love” is as founder and executive director of the Professional Development Consortium of Hampton Roads (PDCHR) which provides accessible and intimate leadership education for associations.
