Cox Communications cut the ribbon on its largest Solutions Store in the country on January 28, 2017. The state-of-the-art 4,000 square foot store represents a $1 million investment Cox made in Portsmouth to support the local economy and is part of the $535 million overall economic impact Cox made in the Hampton Roads region last year.
Located at 1601 Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth, the new store is designed for customers to experience and buy the latest Cox products and services, ask questions and get one-on-one expert help. New customer engagement stations will allow Cox customers to get hands-on with Cox Advanced TV and Contour, Cox High Speed Internet, Cox Digital Telephone and Cox Homelife, so they can get a full understanding of how to get the most out of their products and services.

Myers, II. “In an environment of rapidly evolving technology, it’s important that our customers experience the full capability of their services, and our Solutions Stores give consumers that opportunity.”
The store will be fully staffed to assist customers with their digital needs Monday to Friday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and closed Sunday.
