New Cox Solutions Store Now Open at Town Center Virginia Beach

If a trip to the cable store fills you with a desperate sense of dread, you haven’t seen the new Cox Solutions Store at Town Center in Virginia Beach.  It’s filled with the kind of fun gadgets that every techie loves, including remotes you can talk to, modems that will download an HD movie in less than 60 seconds, and apps that control your lights, thermostats and in-home cameras.  And it’s all there for you to try out whenever you stop by.

Cox Communications designed its new Solutions Store with you in mind.  It’s convenient – at the Town Center where you may already live or go to eat, shop and play.  You can visit the store while you are running your other errands or on your way to dinner.

The new Cox Solutions Store is designed for you to test-drive all of our products.  If you want to know how Contour will listen to what you want to watch, answer questions about programming, and make suggestions for shows and movies you might enjoy, you can stop by to see exactly how it will work in your home.  You can also check out how Cox HomeLife lets you protect, monitor and interact with your home, bringing the home of the future to life today.  These are just a couple of things you’ll find to love when you visit the Cox Solutions Store at Town Center.

“We want to make sure that all our customers understand the full capabilities of the Cox products in their home so they can get the maximum enjoyment from them,” said Cox Communications Senior Vice President and Region Manager J.D. Myers II.  “That’s why we are here; we encourage you to stop by and ask any questions you have or just test out something to see how it will work in your home.  We are here for you.”

Cox Communications cut the ribbon on the new Solutions Store Saturday, August 19 in a ceremony that included Virginia Delegate Rocky Holcomb and Sherriff Stolle.  The store is located at 4701 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach.  It will be fully staffed to assist customers with their digital needs Monday to Friday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and closed Sunday.
