Vandeventer Black has promoted Dustin T. Narcisse, a former paralegal, to join their Workers’ Compensation Defense practice as an attorney. Before joining Vandeventer Black, Narcisse served as a post-graduate fellow at Hampton’s Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, and a judicial extern in Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals, while still attending law school.

Narcisse received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he served as a senior editor on the Canada-U.S. Law Journal and a managing editor for the War Crimes Prosecution Watch. After law school, he represented the Commonwealth in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court as a post-graduate fellow with Hampton’s Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
Narcisse earned his B.S. (with honors) in Legal Studies from American Military University while serving as an active duty member of the U.S. Marine Corps.
