HAMPTON ROADS, VA — The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the City luncheon will be held in Suffolk on Tuesday, April 26 at noon at the Hilton Garden Inn and Suffolk Conference Center (100 East Constance Rd). Suffolk Mayor Linda T. Johnsonwill highlight key business development initiatives, provide strategic municipal progress updates, address challenges and opportunities in the city, and provide a glimpse into Suffolk’s future. More than 300 of the region’s business, political, and community leaders are expected to be in attendance.
The Chamber's State of the City Series has become the preferred forum for elected officials and mayors to communicate with their constituents. The State of the City addresses are annual updates of each City's progress over the past year and agenda for the upcoming year. With five events in the series, each address is held in the featured city and is given by the mayor of that city. These events are a forum for interaction among leaders in attendance.
Many thanks to Series Sponsors: TowneBank (Presenting), Bon Secours Virginia Health Systems (Gold), and Farm Fresh Inc. (Silver)
